Looks like some sort of Heliconid species from tropical South America. Very difficult to ID I think and I'm no expert on these foreign jobs.

I am guessing the photo was taken in a tropical butterfly house - the insect is perching on what looks like a citrus plant. These are commonly grown in these butterfly houses as food for certain exotic caterpillars. But I can't identify the species either!
