ID of Butterflies please

Is this first one a Pearl Bord Frit or a Small Pearl Bord Frit?
Is the 2nd picture a High Brown Frit?
I seem to being getting my Frits all mixed up, stared at them to long Goldie M

Hi Goldie,
It's a DGF. The three spots near the forewing apex are in alignment, and the forewing outline is too rounded for HBF.

Thanks Neil, thats one I didn't know I had. I took loads of pictures yesterday at Gaits Burrow, now I'm wondering if i've got one or two more of DGF, I can't tell the differance between the two. Goldie M
