This was spotted at Flamborough Head in Yorkshire, about 2 cm across from memory. Have looked through my Moth guide, but can't seem to find it.

Thanks in advance.:)

The little white mark is indicative of the species, looking like a letter 'Y' from which it gets its name. It's not a resident UK species but a regular summer immigrant.
