Adonis Blue males quite often display these marginal black dots, and most populations seem to regularly produce them alongside males lacking the spots completely. The strength and size of the spots does vary quite a bit, and your example certainly looks to be pretty extreme on the scale. Most look more like this one. There is an aberration listed which looks a likely match: ab. puncta, defined as "male with a row of well-defined little black spots in the margins of the hindwings upperside".
