I really liked the Black-veined white.

He's not a bad landscape Photography either!

The festoon did it for me.
Are we going to see Martin (V6GTO) at the meeting in March?

I was the first to say I'd go, Roger, but that weekend coincides with my birthday and I'd already booked a hotel for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights :(

Martin.

PS - the Festoon is my favourite too :D

The Festoon and the Swallowtail pics are the best I've ever seen.
Brilliant Photo Gallery Martin, really enjoyed them.

Very neat website Martin and some lovely shots.

I'm a sucker for the Blue-spot

Andalucia has been very kind to you.

I would encourage everyone to check out Martin's landscape shots - they are amazing, and some great compositions too.

Martin, I have to say that the landscapes are some of your best photographs (and with the quality of some of the butterfly ones that's really saying something)!

Where were the Scottish ones taken if you don't mind me asking? (and don't say Scotland!! :) )

Thanks Felix...

The Scottish ones were taken in the West Highlands...I stayed on the banks of Loch Torridon. If only the weather had been kinder...we only saw the sun for about 20 minutes in a week! It's the most beautiful place!, and we are hoping to get back there in June. If anyone needs a recommendation for B&B I've got it covered! Black pudding, kippers, porridge with Maple Syrup!

M.

PS - have doubled the amount of butterfly images in the gallery tonight.
