Happy birthday Sussex Kipper

Post by Susie »

Wishing you a very happy birthday and many happy returns, Neil.

I am looking forward to catching up with you during the coming butterfly season. :-)

I think we'd all like to thank you for the amazing contribution you have made and continue to make to butterflies, their conservation and spreading interest in them among the public. It was no coincidence that membership of Sussex BC leapt when you were Chairman (i joined myself then) . In addition to that you're a thoroughly nice chap and I hope someone will give you a rousing chorus of 'for he's a jolly good fellow' today cos 'so say all of us'! :-D

Susie summed it up very well :D
Enjoy the day Neil and hopefully, later in the Spring, the "Dukes" will give you a special formation flypast at Heyshott.

Best wishes,

Vince

So appropriate for your birthday to fall at a time of year when butterflies are awakening.

Enjoy your day. All the best.

Many thanks to all who have left such lovely messages throughout the day. I hope to catch up with many of you during the warm and sunny spring, summer and autumn. Just off out for birthday vindaloo and firewater.
Best Wishes for the imminent 2013 season, Neil

You have gone up even more in my estimation, Neil. :)

My joint favourite dish....along with Jalfrezi.

Enjoy.

No, vindaloo is too hot to taste the food - got to be madras :-)

I used to favour Madras, Susie, but after a while it simply doesn't assuage the craving.

Vindaloo/Jalfrezi every time.....and occasionally a Phall.
