Autumn Social 2012
Autumn Social 2012
As there isn't going to be a photographic forum meeting this year would anyone be interested in taking part in an autumn social again? Perhaps something along the lines of what we did last year?

I couldn't make the gathering last year but would like to do so this time, if free.

Count me in - the last one seemed to pass me by mark
The wonder of the world, the beauty and the power, the shapes of things, their colours lights and shades, these I saw. Look ye also while life lasts.

Re: Autumn Social
Where you went last year sounded good,a fairly central location,at least for southerners.
Re: Autumn Social
Good idea! I was pleasantly suprised with the pub last year so, unless anyone has any objections, I'd be happy to locate the meeting there again this autumn.

Winchester is good for me, coming down the A34 from Oxford.

Last time we went here http://www.theoldforgeotterbourne.co.uk/ and it was fine so I think it's just a case of setting a date.

Under canvas. Just the wild woods for company.
Re: Autumn Social
Marvellous, it will be nice to meet you again, Rob.
So, can anyone think of dates to avoid? I don't want to clash with other butterflying or important events such as the BC AGM.

Re: Autumn Social
There is always going to be something, but i think Oct-Nov when the butterfly season is finished is the main thing.
