Fritillary id please

Fritillary id please

Help needed tto ID this butterfly please. Taken near Horsey Wind pump, Norfolk 8th August 2010. I thought it was a Dark Green Fritillary, but now I'm not sure. Sorry, it's not the sharpest of pics, it sped off pretty sharpish before I had another shot :(
