Elements 7, using RAW and recommended books

Post by bugmadmark »

Hi
Ive decided to give Adobe PS Elements 7/Premier Elements 7 combined package a go. I am now keen to learn how to handle RAW. Amazon has lots of books on RAW and Elements 7 - can anyone recommend the best books to get me started?
Many thanks,
Mark

Hi Mark,
I suggest you visit The Luminous Landscape website and buy the guide to raw processing. It costs $39.95 (about £27)and lasts 7.5 hours!
Everything you could ever need to know is covered and demonstrated on a computer. The real advantage i found is the ability to watch then try it on your own images immediately or run the lesson on one computer whilst working on another.
I have this and the guide to Lightroom 2 both of which are brilliant imho.
Hope this is of use,
Brian
