Nonsense! Its a good shot, nice unobtrusive background too, it makes all the difference ;-)

I agree. The out of focus background, and the contrast between that and the Peacock, and the composition, make for a really nice shot.

For me, it's not always about having the sharpest and technically-accurate shot. The artistic side is definitely part of the mix, and I think you've created a definite "feeling" with this shot.

Good job.

And I "order" you to enter the photo competition :)

That's a real nice shot - totally ruined by the signature / copyright symbol slapped in the middle.

Photos this size are hardly of a size & resolution that someone is going to make big bucks from stealing them. And it would only take 5min to clone it out anyway. A nice subtle name in the corner would do as well.
Take nothing but photographs. Leave nothing but footprints. Kill nothing but time.
