My Butterfly drawings

Post by Dave McCormick »

I drew these drawings and created this key. I might use it on my website and I am using it in my book. What do you think? It uses one species wing shape (with a general colour of that species) to show that type of butterfly e.g. the swallowtails all have tails like the one shown here. All species of meadow brown (Meadow Brown, Oriental Meadow Brown etc...) all have the same wing shape so I showed it here too.
