Still early days in the GS season here - only 3 or 4 seen this morning at Over, along with Orange-tip, GV White, Peacock.....

I've been to Over 4 times over the past couple of weeks Nick, but as of this afternoon, still no Grizzlies seen. Surely they will appear there over the next few days :? A Green Hairstreak from our Branch walk today on the Fleam Dyke. A good day with 7 people, 5 of whom had not seen GH before - they have now :) We saw at least 10 GH, with at least 3 sparing pairs of males, along with Brimstones, Orange-tip, GV White, Small White, Peacock, Small Tortoiseshell, Comma ...

Yes - everything coming out now. This morning I saw several Holly Blue, Large and Small White and 3 Speckled Wood, after seeing my first yesterday. Yes, it seems like GH day, as I saw over a dozen in a few hundred metres along the bottom of the Devil's Dyke this morning...
