This was in the newspapers too....I'm not sure why, as it could have applied at any time recently. In fact, it's ironic that the article appeared after the coldest UK winter for half a decade!

I suspect had any early stage BVWs been present on these isles this winter, they would have found conditions MOST unwelcome!
