Can some one ID these butterflies please. The photos were taken two weeks ago in Corsica. Photo number 2 and 3 are of the same individual showing upper and underside. Photo 1 is a different individual but of the same species - I think. Photo 4 has different underside patterning which may indicate a different species or perhaps different sex ??
Can't match them to any in my book so be pleased to know what they are.

Hi TJ. All these are Lang’s short-tailed blue (Leptotes pirithous). The individual showing its upperside is a female.

Leptotes is essentially a genus of tropical and sub-tropical blues. In Europe we have just this one species, found all over the Mediterranean region and occasionally penetrating a little further north.
