Sutton and Hollesley commons, Suffolk

Hi,
Anybody know anything about this/these sites? I'm taking Mrs C to Sutton Hoo on saturday and I'm hoping to catch up with Silver-studded Blue as a bonus (assuming I haven't missed them)
The nearest sites are Sutton and Hollesley commons and Martlesham Heath (but that looks very unpromising looking at Google earth!)
Any pointers for the site(s) - i.e. where to park, which direction to head in for best chance of seeing the SSBs would be much appreciated. TIA
