Hi! Looks like a wonderful trip! I agree with most of your IDs, including black-eyed blue, but the white is green-striped white, not Bath white. The upperside shot is the giveaway, not only because of the large white spot(s) in the forewing apex but also the white stripes showing through from the underside. Compare with this similar shot to yours, which I took this February in Malaga:
The stripes are also just visible in the underside picture, but I did also consider western dappled white when I looked at that, because its spots can appear a little stripey from a distance.

Thanks Guy, i had not even heard of green stripped white so its great to be sure of the identity of what i saw, i looked them up in the photographic guide to butterflies by Tom Tolman and they look right.
