Vagrant - Favourite Photo of 2015

Week 20

The final week and so the final opportunity to post your favourite photos looking back on the 2015 season. This is a 'new' category to allow people to post for those accidental wanderers to our shores such as Scarce Tortoiseshells and Long-tailed Blues.

Please could I ask that everyone waits until a topic has been opened by me for a particular species before posting photos? Of course our overseas members are very welcome to fill in the obvious gaps relating to rare UK migrants. As like last year details of locations, dates, times and circumstances would be welcome as would any accompanying stories and anecdotes or other observations of behaviour and interesting other points.

Have a goodun

I was lucky enough to see 3 Long-tailed Blues in 2015. The best sighting was at Brighton Racecourse on 1st November, but the best photo was taken of a male at Beeding Cement Works on 25th October.

I cannot count the Monarch in the gardens of the Brighton Pavilion, because it was a release, but it was a nice day out :D
