There's a report on our local Natural History news group of 18 red admirals seen moving south between 1pm and 2pm today through South Bedfordshire.

A female common darter dragonfly appeared out of nowhere in the park and settled on my shoe.
Three Red Admirals today, feeding on rotten fruit and a last buddlea flower, near Farnham Surrey.
