There are two places in this neck of the woods where I can see BH. One is the Mole River Valley (where I found loads of damsons) and the other is Ifield near Crawley. - I've been to both sites twice now without success. Prbably cause this species is difficult to spot. (I saw it for the first time last year - an emotional moment).

Is it worth me going up to the Gatwick neck of the woods again this year, or are they all over???

Did anybody see BH at these locations this year? I know Kent Branch was doing a field trip there.
