From the Park Corner Heath page, we learn that:
The reserve is a part of Vert Wood, which was once a woodland and heath which teamed with wildlife.

It was far too windy on Saturday for Butterflies and cold/dull on Sunday, so we didn't even look. However, still had a good weekend
