Green Hairstreaks in Surrey

Does anyone have a reliable site for Green Hairstreak in Surrey? Since the only reliable spot I knew at Denbies Hillside was destroyed, I don't have a good spot any more. I didn't see GH at all last year and I don't want to miss out again if I can help it!

Hi Clive,

I didnt see any GH at Denbies last year either but I think that could have been partly to the fact that they emerged so early. Even though a lot of the good reliable areas were destroyed they must still be there in good numbers, we just need to find them.

Green Hairstreaks were out at Denbies yesterday in the usual spot at the side of the steps going downhill from the main path across the top of the hillside.
