2006 Photography Competition

This is a note for all you photographers out there, with a view to encouraging you to enter the competition. To date, I have the following number of entries in each category:

Butterflies in the UK - 97

Butterflies from Overseas - 16

Immature Stages - 0

Behaviour - 7

Under 16 - 3 (all from the same person)

So - please enter! Also, I've just received a copy of "Discover Butterflies in Britain" by David Newland, that I'm in the process of reviewing (and the review will appear on the UK Butterflies website). This is not only the first prize, but also a superb book that I can't recommend highly enough. More comments on the book to follow with the review.

So - send those entries in! You have until the end of September.
