Meadow Brown

Saw this Meadow Brown in Gloucestershire on Tuesday. seems to be white where it would normally be orange!

It's quite worn, but not enough to explain the very light colour so it appears to be a pale aberration, possibly ab. alba. Although they may well crop up quite regularly, they seldom get recorded because they are so difficult to photograph.
