Been looking a bit online and through my moths book but strugged to find a matching moth taken at Heartwood Forest, Hertfordshire many thanys

I'd go for a variation of Middle-barred Minor.... http://ukmoths.org.uk/show.php?bf=2340 moths are much more variable than butterflies, and colours can be markedly different... but the patterns stay roughly the same and can be picked out..... yours looks small, hence would be a relatively good match I think
