Bath White ?

Following on from "Chrysalis Tenerife" posting with this one, its got me thinking, had put this one down as Bath White, sorry about the poor pics but all the individuals I came across (8+) would not settle for a good picture. I do have a (poor again) video clip of this particular specimen. Am I correct in my ID? the similar Green striped white seems to lack the lower black marking at central base of forewing. Are there any experts who know the Green striped white well enough to confirm?

That is a Bath white, Pontia daplidice. You are right about the upperside difference, but the underside is even clearer - green-striped white (or the Tenerife version, which is now considered a distinct species) has tiger stripes on the underside, not blotches:

That individual is on milk thistle in Spain - the species is perfectly camouflaged when it rests on this very common Mediterranean plant.
