Canon 600D video brightness issue.

Post by Dave McCormick »

Have an issue with this and wondered if anyone could help me out. I use a Canon 600D for video, its video is quite good and I am overall pleased with it. Only downside I can't seem to get around is that when I use it to shoot video, in slightly darker places than bright daylight (shade, indoors etc..) unless there is plenty of light, the video appears dark unless I turn ISO way up to 3200 or so, but then you get noise. Anything I can do about this? my other JVC everio video camera when taking video, the light in the video is the same as the light in the area I am shooting in. However I lose my camera a while ago and have not been able to find it, also I like the higher quality of the 600D.
Cheers all,
