Looks like Brown China-mark, http://ukmoths.org.uk/show.php?bf=1345 (despite the size, considered a micro). The larvae feed on aquatic plants. Is there a pond nearby?

Thanks for your speedy reply and yes there are ponds about.
We had it down for a micro and as you say despite its size.
Just starting to try and ID some of the Micros on local NR
