Can anyone give me any tips on how to differentiate 5 spot burnet from narrow bordered 5 spot burnet?

As nobody has replied i thought I would have a go. The easiest I would think is size. The NB is slightly larger than 5 spot.

Thanks Lance. I have several photos but no comparable yardstick for size. I wondered what the 'narrow border' referred to in the moth's name.
