I read on the Sussex BC site that chalkhill blues are out. Has anyone seen any at Denbies yet?

I hope to visit Denbies tomorrow or late Sunday at some point - I'll report back. There were none last weekend.

None at Old Winchester Hill on trips at Sunset Thursday and Sunrise Saturday. Plenty of newly emerged Marbled Whites though :)

As posted elsewhere, three seen at Denbies yesterday and four today. Not a startling emergence so far, but they're there. On neither afternoon was it particularly sunny, though it was very warm and unusually calm for the hillside!

I saw at least 20 plus today including one female at denbies. Next week should be cracking as next few days are due to be cooler so emergence will slow I guess.
