Hi I will be passing near Bishops Itchington this coming weekend, does anyone know wether it is worth a visit for Small Blue and if so where about is the best place to look?

The Warwickshire BC branch website is a good starting point. Search their online records under Bishops Hill (SP390582 seems a likely grid reference). Certainly Small Blues were seen here earlier in the month.

And the northernmost section of the Southam bypass has kidney vetch and SB were seen there last year (I can vouch for this - I saw one there myself!).

Hi Dave thanks for the information.
I looked on their website and there has been no reports of Small Blue in that area this year.

Hi Dave I hope I have better luck with the Small Blues than I did with the website.
