Hibernating butterflies

Post by Papapoon »

On a recent visit home my brother said he had found two butterflies hibernating in the loft. He then went off to find a shoe box to put them in. I've never seen hibernating butterflies in a house before and now I'm wondering what they may need for hibernation and when my brother will need to put them back outside.

Pete.

Several threads asking more-or-less the same thing. Is there any way you can pull them all together?
