Bets on a butterfly report today?

I don't want to put any actual money on this but............. I reckon that with the bright light and probable sheltered micro climate somewhere a Red Admiral is going to get reported hopefully in either Hertfordshire or Middlesex. I know that Cornwall has had a report but that is a different place!

May be wrong though - I often am!

Hi Liz,

I also had a look around my local patch around 2pm. Despite a little feeble warmth from the sun, no joy from me either. There was a chilly breeze too.

Cheers

I've just got back from my local natural history society meeting and one of the people there saw a Red Admiral at Pulborough, West Sussex, last Thursday.
