Damsel fly ID

This beautiful damselfly was fluttering around the dunes at Horsey Gap in Norfolk while I was looking for Dk Green Frit
Can anyone ID it for me please. I have referred to a book I have but am still not sure.

Banded Demoiselle
http://www.dragonflysoc.org.uk/caspl.html. Has probably the most butterfly-like flight of all our damselflies.

Yes it was butterfly like in its fluttering. It is a beautiful sight!
I wasn't expecting to see one on dry dunes on the coast!

They do wander - I've seen them fluttering down the central shopping streets of towns and in car parks high on downland.
