Moth ID

Can someone ID this moth for me please. Can't see any thing like it in Waring and Townsend or UK Moths site. It's about 20mm in size and I got it in my trap a couple of days ago.

Its a micro (although big for a micro) and not in W&T as it deals with macros only.

People are reporting more of these than usual, I haven't seen any this year at all
