It looks like a tortricid of some kind to me. The 'spots' on Four-spotted are on the leading edge of the wing, and the moth is seriously rare in the UK in any case.

This again is one of the Epiblema...thinking either Epiblema cirsiana, Epiblema scutulana, Epiblema costipunctana or Epiblema sticticana, see:
