Butterfly Alphabet

A photographer, Kjell Sandved, noticed a butterfly's wing with a pattern that looked like the letter F. He set to work. 25 years later, he had collected enough images to put together a full alphabet.

And here's a nice little app that allows you to put together your own words in butterfly letters, and send e-cards

PS I don't have the book yet, I wonder if it includes the humble Comma

I like it. They would make wonderful avatars, assuming that you would be allowed to use an image in that way.
