Thanks Gary and well done all.

Unfortunately, the software isn't sensible enough (until I fix it!) to realise that Geniculata and xmilehigh are equal first, based on the number of points!

Congratulations to the worthy winners.
As soon as I saw Geniculata's shot, I knew that it would be well placed. It was my personal favourite, a cracking shot.

Well done to everyone for their fine efforts.

Congrats geniculata,

An excellent shot, just love the way those eye's seem to peer out of the photo at you & well done to all that entered, of the themed comps I think this is one is my favourite.

Well done to the other winners, geniculata's shot had my vote as the winner - very nicely composed and shot.

Thanks to those that gave me a vote too, much appreciated. I aim to spend more time on some extreme close up work in 2010 so hope this competition is run again!

In case I don't pop by again I'd like to wish everyone a Happy Christmas and a Brilliant 'butterflying' New Year!
