Skipper ID - Just for a change

During a week in Dorset/Hampshire I was primarily after Essex Skipper. I only saw 10 "small" Skippers in total and follows the only slight possibility - did I manage it? I'm far from sure but be gentle as I will more likely than not cry when the truth is known. Thanks in advance.
Southampton Common. Note the blobs looked much blacker in the field than in the photo

Hi Dave,
I'd happily call that an Essex Skipper if I saw it, due to the black underside of the antenna. Looks like a female. Second opinion always welcome though!
Best,
Lee

On balance, I'd go for a worn female Essex Skipper too
Cheers,
