I took this video of a female common blue: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IJdzwjTo ... annel_page This is the first time I have filmed the common blue well and I am going back again as soon as the weather is good enough and will get more videos. Might take a little while to load being HD.

Is it usual though for a female common blue to have just white spots on wings? I have only seen them with a black dot on each forewing upperside where the white spot is on this one.
