Meeting at Denbies Hillside, Surrey, 02/08/2009

Choosing a date for this is very difficulty because it is hard to tell what will be flying at any given time and not clash with other events but Sunday 2nd August is a suggested provisional date for a meeting at Denbies Hillside, nr Dorking, Surrey.

Please let me know if you would be interested and/or if you can think of a better date.

Target species: chalkhill blue, silver spotted skipper and much much more!

P.S. It is possible that the brown hairstreaks may be out by then (if we get an excellent summer as predicted and species emerge early) in which case anyone who wants to can travel the 25 mins drive back to my part of the world in West Sussex to see them too.

I had better double check that that is the car park I am thinking of! lol. The one I mean is by Steers Field and not Ranmore Common (although I think it is still called Ranmore).

I was there on Monday and it was just fab despite being too windy to take decent pictures.
