Shanghai...

Hi all,

I will be heading to Shanghai on business for the week of 21st February....

I have two questions:
a) Is this too early in the year to see any butterflies? or is there likely to be some about (weather permitting!)
b) Can anyone recommend some parks / gardens / open spaces that might be worth checking out? (I won't have time to travel outside of the city).
