sorry for posting this here guys but i didnt know good website for moths, anyone id this fella? if he is even a moth?

Hello,

I also saw a lot of these this week around my local pond. At first I thought it was a micro moth, but my book says that it is a Cinnamon Sedge Caddisfly.

That is either a moth or a caddas fly. Was it kinda yellowish in colour (Its a bit hard to tell from this pic). I found moth last year that looked like that one, it had similar markings and was yellowish in colour. I was told ID, but don't rememeber what it was
