Is this in the Hesperiidae family?

I'm afraid this is another butterfly I saw in South Korea at the end of September.

Yes - this is definitely a skipper - although I don't know the species.

Pelopidas species - possibly
jansonis.
More than that I cannot say!!

Apologies for the delay in replying.
Guy, I'm sure you are right with Pelopidas jansonis. Everything fits including the habits they favour in S. Korea.
Pete, you may say 'I keep you on your toes' but you know it's fun! But don't panic, I don't often travel to unknown territories and we don't have many species of butterflies in the Middle Eastern countries I visit regularly - so I'd better build up my moth collection - I know nothing about them.
