Really Enjoying the Site!!

Having joined the forum a few weeks ago I have realised that, very rudely, I haven't introduced myself - even though some have already answered my posts on identification and given very helpful advise on some of my photographic attempts already!! My thanks to all who have already made a newcomer welcome. This is the first time that I have ever joined a forum such as. I have a keen, amateur, interest in photography, especially of butterflies - although I'll have a go at anything that moves
Whatever photographs I do take, however, I like to know what it is that I have captured.
As my ID indicates my name is Sylvia and I live in Exeter, Devon. I try to get out whenever I can, work permitting, with my camera (sorry all you Canon lovers but I have a Nikon D80). I am also quite a keen gardener and am currently endeavouring to enhance my garden by planting to attract wildlife, especially butterflies. I have already seen a number of species in my garden this year that I have not seen before so, hopefully, I'm heading in the right direction.
I am looking forward to continued use of the forum and, hopefully, as I gain more experience may even be able to contribute something rather than continually asking others for help!!
Thanks to you all, and happy hunting.
Sylvia.
