1) I didn't notice that you'd added my secret squirrel SSB site onto the sites thingy! Every time I drive up from Sussex to the Wirral I stop there and try and see SSB. I did this two days ago and in the wind (and occassional rain) I saw one.

2) It is next to a *very * busy Road.

3) The butterfly was nestled far down into the heather, it was amazing that I saw it all. Just spotted it on it's side and could tell from the underside.

4) Haven't seen a silver studded for about three years, so it was nice to see it again, it was like an old friend who couldn't speak.

5) I tried to record the sighting on the Cheshire BC page, but they don't seem to have the same facility as the Sussex branch, oh well.

6) Does anybody know if the Silver Stdded Blue is alive and well at Thurstaton, Wirral. Maybe I should go and look for myself.
