T&C and copyright

Hello
First I would like to say that I've seen some very impressive photos on this site.
Anyway, I tried to locate the T&C and couldn't. Does anyone know the copyright terms for images submitted to this forum, such as to competitions? Thanks.

Good point Leif - and welcome!
There isn't currently a "blanket" T&C statement for any images posted on the website - but there probably should be.
What would you expect to see?

Hello Pete.
Basically I want to know the copyright terms. Does the photographer retain the copyright, or does the forum take a share? Some forums take a share of the copyright and give themselves the right to reproduce or sell the images in any way they see fit, and keep any profits. I'm not keen on that.

No way!
All images are the copyright of the photographer and always will be. Even those in the stock library!
No images are sold on - other than those in the stock library where the photographers have given me explicit permission to sell their photos on their behalf. I would never give permission for any other images to be used. How could I - they're not mine?!
