Arnside Knott and Gait Barrows

I visited Arnside and Gait Barrows today. The weather started overcast but brightend up in the afternoon. At Gait Barrows there was very little to see, one Large Skipper and 3 Speckled Wood.
Arnside was better as the temperature had risen. I saw several small Heath and Speckled Wood plus about half a dozen Small Pearl Bordered Fritillaries in varying condition. Two of which were happy to be photographed despite the strong wind.
