I wanted to say hello to everyone here and thanks to Pete for creating such a lovely site. Some of you will know me from Yahoo butterfly groups as Lizzysue, others from Back Garden Moths as Rosy.

Thanks for the welcome. I love your name too, but I wouldn't know how to pronounce it. :D

I shall look forward to reading all about it :D

I guess I should add that I live near Horsham in West Sussex now. Some of you may know me because I used to live in Hayes in West London and attended a few Herts & Middlesex Butterfly Conservation meets and Herts Moth Group meets too.

Sorry Pete, I hope you didn't think I was hinting about the blogs......no pressure or anything!

No worries :)

The blogs are back but there are still a few problems to iron out, so I suggest you don't post any new blog entries until these are sorted. I'll let you know when that is :)

As for your post regarding your username, see http://www.ukbutterflies.co.uk/phpBB2/b ... =137&b=134

Cheers,

OK - the blogs are now up and running again :)

One proviso - I can't guarantee that recent postings will be "safe" while we sort out any last-minute bugs. But please start using the new mechanism (it's a complete rewrite) and let me know of any problems / questions / concerns etc. :)

Cheers,

- Pete
