it was such an awful year last year, I wonder whether populations have been really knocked back. last year they were really on almost every suitable elm/ oak! Has anyone else been looking, I'd be interested to know their findings. Also, I know Holly Blues are subject to cyclical parasite destruction, wonder if this could be true of other Lycaenids??
