Hi, just joined and wanted to say hello to everyone.
I have been fairly interested in Butterflies all my life, and as I have just came back to photography after a long absence, I find them even more fascinating, and enjoy taking shots of them, which I hope to post sometimes.
Still learning all their names but in late September, early October I have spotted several Comma's, Peacocks, Painted Lady's and Red Admirals in my local area. [/b]

Indeed - welcome aboard!

The membership here is pretty varied - from absolute beginner to highly-experienced entomologists - so something for everyone to both contribute to, and learn from (and I, myself, have learned an awful lot!).

I look forward to seeing your posts!

Cheers,

- Pete

Hello again Clancy,
I'm relatively new to the butterfly scene myself, in my second year as a serious enthusiast
Good to see you are into photography as well, as Pete says, we have people with a wide variety of skills and knowledge on the site.
Just give us all a dig if things go quiet
Regards Mike
